what you need to do is
click the link -> download the app -> download an app called “phonto” -> click the link again -> download the link to phonto (there is a tutorial on the phonto app) and now you have it and can make whispers !! ( i make the size 136 and stroke 11 )i use picsart for my idol icons! just go to sticker -> search nintendo star or bow (or whatever u want)
